Well, the wait is over, folks. Five years after the release of Fallout New Vegas (a brilliant game that made me change my mind about first-person adventures), Bethesda started a countdown clock to what many hoped would be final confirmation of Fallout 4. And it was — thank Dog! The first teaser trailer was released this morning. Check it out below.

We see the familiar 50s-style motif that the other games have had in some pre-war flashbacks, and a few looks at where the game will take us. Ars Technica notes that based on a few of the stills, that the game might be taking place (at least in some part) in Boston. We also see some familiar robotic and vault technology, as well as some ghouls and other wasteland monsters. But we also saw a lot of everyone’s post-apocolyptic dog, so yay!

No word yet on when the game will be available, but you can already pre-order it for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. You can also tune in to Bethesda’s E3 stream on June 14 hoping they show us more of the upcoming game.
