Mass Effect Andromeda

We should all know by now that E3 always has some surprises in store for gamers. The has barely even started, but we’ve still seen announcements regarding the Xbox One going backwards compatible and got a look at what awaits us on the Wasteland in Fallout 4, but for hardcore Bioware fans like us — the only thing that’s really mattered was Mass Effect Andromeda.

We’ve known about the fourth Mass Effect game for a while — we even got a little bit of a first look at last year’s SDCC — and, of course, Bioware has always been able to make us feel all the feels. But the hype level is another a whole other plane at this point. I think that after a semi-disappointing end to Mass Effect 3 (that was improved upon later and made up for with a proper goodbye DLC), fans of the game are really looking forward to the next title. Sure, we’re going to miss Shepard and the gang, but we’re also gonna get a chance to explore some incredibly cool new places judging from the trailer. Also, the Mako is back, y’all!

Mass Effect Andromeda is slated for a holiday 2016 release.
